Ordering & payment
We accept iDEAL and bank transfer. For business customers, we also offer payment on invoice.
If you wish to make changes to your order or cancel it, please contact us as soon as possible via email at welcome@rawidea.org.
However, when production has started, adjustments or cancellation are no longer possible.
Yes. We regularly work with companies and organisations to provide 3D-printed furniture and accessories at scale. Contact us for tailored pricing.

Shipping & delivery
All products are shipped from one of our production facilities in the Netherlands.
Yes. We ship within the EU and worldwide. Please note that customs fees or import duties may apply outside the EU.
Currently, we do not offer free shipping. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of the product.
Within the Netherlands, delivery usually takes 2–5 working days. EU orders may take 5–10 working days. International orders can take longer depending on local customs procedures.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking link by email.
Returns & exchanges
You can return your order within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and returned in their original condition and packaging.
Because many of our products can be customised (such as cajons with engraving). Therefore returns on these items are considered on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us if you have concerns.
Email us at welcome@rawidea.org with your order number. We’ll provide instructions for returning the item. Refunds are processed within 7 working days after inspection.
Warranty & repairs
Yes. All RAW Idea products come with a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects.
Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or modifications not carried out by RAW Idea are not covered.

About the products
All our products are 3D-printed using high-quality recycled materials. At the moment, we mainly work with PETG, HDPE, and PP.
These materials are chosen for their strength, durability, manufacturability, and recyclability. We also continuously research new materials to further improve our products.
Yes. Our materials are non-toxic and carefully selected for strength and durability. Every product is designed and tested to ensure long-lasting daily use.
Simply clean with a damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaning tools. With the exception of finishing details (such as wood, metal, glue, electronics, etc.), all 3D printed surfaces are completely water resistant.
Currently RAW Idea does not have a physical showroom, but you can explore our products online. For bulk or business orders, we’d be happy to arrange a personal consultation.
Our 3D-printed furniture is designed and tested according to established design principles. The strength and durability are comparable to traditional furniture, with the advantage that the shapes and structures can be optimised for modern use.
The exact weight limit varies per product and is specified on each product page. All designs follow recognised design standards to ensure comfort and safety for a wide range of body types and daily uses.
Cajons are delivered tuned and are not adjustable by the customer. We set and tune each instrument during production. If you have a specific sound in mind we can accommodate custom tuning on request, please contact welcome@rawidea.org.
Yes. The photos and renders on our website accurately reflect the colours and finishes we offer. For specific requests, you are welcome to contact us at welcome@rawidea.org.
All products are produced in-house at our facilities in Rotterdam and Arnhem, The Netherlands. This ensures 100% Dutch design and production with full control over quality and sustainability.
We aim to use the highest possible share of recycled materials. Most of the materials we source are post-industrial, and we design our products to be recyclable at the end of their lifecycle. This way, we try to actively contribute to a circular production process.
Yes. We encourage customers to return products at the end of their lifecycle. Returned items are recycled and reintegrated into new production whenever possible.
Most products are delivered fully assembled. If assembly is required for specific items (due to shipping, weight, or design reasons), this will be clearly indicated on the product page.
The weight differs per product. For example, a 3D-printed lounge chair typically weighs around 20 kg, which is comparable to conventional chairs but with fewer components.
Larger items, such as rain barrels, can be heavier due to thicker walls that provide strength and durability.

Yes. Most products can be used outdoors. The 3D-printed surfaces are water-resistant, but suitability also depends on the chosen finish and additional materials.
Product pages specify if outdoor use is recommended.
